To meet the client’s requirements, we provided a fully customized aerial strawberry growing system, optimized for efficiency, scalability, and ease of operation. The system includes:
-On-site extruded planting troughs, customized to fit the greenhouse layout, seamless with no connectors, preventing leaks
– Three-layer vertical growing frames, made of corrosion-resistant galvanized steel, optimized for airflow and light exposure
-Pre-filled coco coir substrate for root aeration and moisture retention
-Integrated drip irrigation system with pressure-compensated emitters for even nutrient distribution
-Drainage recycling system, allowing for the reuse of nutrient solution and reducing water waste
– Optional LED supplemental lighting, with adjustable light duration (based on needs)
